Nearly a native of Florida, Tim moved to the state as a child in the late 1970s. While growing up along the east coast of Florida, he was very active in outdoor activities such as fishing, golf, biking, and team sports, which has given him an appreciation of what Florida can offer. Tim attended Elon University in North Carolina and graduated with an MBA in business administration and bachelor's degrees in accounting and finance, and was a four-year starter in football. He moved to Southwest Florida in 1995 and has been a full-time resident of Sanibel Island since 2001.

Tim now has over two decades of real estate experience in Lee County, from holding the position of regional sales manager for a national builder, to owning his own real estate brokerage. He has also been involved in large land and community acquisitions through his developer affiliations. Tim's extensive knowledge of communities both on and off the islands, and his enthusiasm for the business, have proven to be integral components in creating relationships with his clients. In fact, Tim has even appeared on an episode of HGTV's Island Life with clients on Sanibel Island.

In addition to real estate activities, Tim has partnered with the City of Sanibel by managing of many youth sports leagues for over a decade. You may also find Tim playing golf at the Sanibel Island Golf Club or the Dunes Golf & Tennis Club.
